hi lovelies. in exactly one week i will once again be a sleep deprived student and no longer a comatose-d hobo. this semester's timetable is alright i guess, i get to have the dave grohl lookalike lecturer again and also my modules are fine. it'll be the first time i dont have tutorial with huda though(!) so thats pretty weird cos she's my partner in crime when it comes to being late for classes and sleeping in lectures(oh wait, that might be just me alone).last week was great, on friday i had dinner with nadia at ambrosia cafe and then she took me on a ride on her vespa and we went to town and omg every freaking guy there had a mod haircut and a mod outfit and a mod girlfriend. so annoying. on wednesday the bapoks had dinner at town then, against my better judgement, we went geylang.

i want to get hari raya over and done with so that i've gone through this year's quota of meeting relatives whose names i cannot remember and who will not cease to remind me how 'sihat' and 'besar' i've grown to be. with my hari raya money(and my parents' support haahaa)i will buy this(!!!) and maybe finally getting a thumbdrive.

i need to start learning to live life on a budget.today me and nadia had reservations for dinner at 2Hot Cafe, this place at esplanade. but for some reason they dont serve ala carte menus during Ramadhan, only buffet so we left. we then proceded to walk around marina square looking for places to eat to find that everywhere we turned, we would see hordes of ppl queuing so we ended up eating sandwiches and drinking big gulps from 7-11.
feeling suprisingly full we then walked around marina square then suntec then back to the esplanade where we sorta ppl watched but left before our eyes started to squirt blood.
at suntec, we went to Toys"R"Us and tried on like 333 things and here are the photographic evidence.
if i had enough money, i would totally buy that wig!

not sleeping in and waking up at 2pm is going to be hard once the new semester starts. ppl who are hyper in the morning are on drugs.anyhow, ive been downloading the latest season of gilmore girls and the first 5 episodes(so far) are pretty boring. that is all.
monday i went to jb with kham and she got her hair cut and she hates it but i love it and then we rushed back to singapore to break fast to find that 9034704895 places were all full of ppl who were smart enough to come early so we ended up eating at mcdonalds. rad huh. then we walked around bugis aka most boring place in this planet and took a cab home.
tuesday after work i met up with nabilah and if you have been to tampines mall before you'd know there's this park-like place on the 4th floor. so i was waiting for her there and there were like 37 pakciks tak sadar diri smoking. and school kids eating behind some bushes. i despise these ppl who dont fast but are too scared to be seen not fasting. whats the big fucking deal anyhow? it's just fasting. most likely we'll all be going to hell anyway so dont bother hiding or acting all embarassed when caught not doing it. jeez.
anyhow we wanted to eat at seoul garden but the one at taka is no longer there(under construction or smt) so we went to billy bombers instead. love the food, although my wallet didnt like it too much.

then yesterday after work i met up with ain and we went to marina square to catch 40yr old virgin which was a riot. dinner at carl's jr after that. spilled melted ice cream all over myself and ain too. im too clumsy to be out in public.

the first thing you have to do if you want to start a band in singapore is to get a radiohead/weezer/ramones tshirt. dont know who these ppl are? never played an instrument before in your life? dont have any talent? it doesnt matter. cool band tshirts will bring you a looooong way.
